always late!

This business is very unprofessional! I would not recommend it! They are always running late. It is very frusterating, as a mom, to get a babysitter so you can go tanning. I was waiting for this business to open, and they were 15 minutes late. And when she finally got there she had probably over 5 people waiting to go tanning. At that point I was a little annoyed but still wanting to go tanning. Then to make up for being late, she gave everyone free tanning lotions, and upgraded a child (whom probably shouldnt even be old enough to tan) to the expensive stand up tanning bed that I was waiting for! And today as I drove by to see if they were open, they were still closed! It was 11:45 and they were SUPPOSED to open at 11. Hopefully they are closed for good and sending out refunds for everyones remaining tans. Lame business!
